It's today! We start today!
We are both excited. We are both anxious. But the bags are packed (at least mine is, can't speak for Don...) and the lunch is made. The lists for Cole and Matthew have been made and alarms set for the care of the dog and the cat.
The house is tidy but not clean -- sorry about that -- and the laundry is completely caught up and put away. Grocery shopping and menus planned through next Thursday.
I've left my duties in as complete a way as I can think.
And so, we are off.
